We reserve the right to report any such activity to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) immediately upon discovery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influenger's liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of ₹1,000 or the total fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.
